Device Performance Calibration Pricing
NREL's Cell and Module Performance Group provides high-precision, accurate photovoltaic (PV) cell and module testing with 6 weeks or less turnaround time. We position organizations for success by providing the most accurate PV calibrations in the world.
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) subsidizes the cost of calibrations for all companies and labs that have DOE Solar Energy Technology Office subcontracts, plus all U.S. universities and national laboratories. All other customers pay the full, nonsubsidized cost of calibrations.

†Due to the workload that this task involves, it is limited to two modules only. This task requires a separate order for STC calibration of the same submitted modules, which must be ordered and paid for separately.
U.S. Department of Energy-Subsidized/Noncommercial Pricing
The DOE Solar Energy Technology Office provides funding to NREL's Cell and Module Performance Group to subsidize over 90% of the cost of PV performance measurements for all companies and labs that have DOE Solar Energy Technology Office subcontracts, plus all U.S. universities and national laboratories. These customers are able to submit up to 5 devices per request for a $250 assessment fee per request To optimize the availability of these resources to the U.S. PV community, we ask that you limit the number of samples to those necessary for your R&D needs.
